A few practical answers to help you prepare your repair enquiry.
What types of interiors do you work on?
Our main focus is yacht and cruise ship interiors. We also welcome enquiries for other high-end interiors requiring specialist touch-up repairs and surface restoration.
Which materials can you assess?
Our services cover wood and furniture, leather, stone surfaces and interior flooring. Suitability depends on the specific material, its condition and the damage.
Can a damaged surface be repaired instead of replaced?
In some cases, a localised repair can address the damage while retaining the existing surface or fitting.
A repair assessment helps establish whether this is appropriate. Extensive deterioration or damage beyond the surface may require a different approach.
Will the repair be completely invisible?
The aim is to blend the repair with the surrounding surface as closely as possible.
Results depend on the material, colour, texture, finish, lighting and extent of damage. We discuss the likely outcome as part of the assessment.
Can you assess a repair from photographs?
Photographs are a useful first step. Please send close-up images and a wider view of the affected surface.
Some repairs require an inspection before the method and final scope can be confirmed.
Can you help with several damaged areas on one vessel?
You can send a list of the areas requiring attention, supported by photographs and approximate quantities.
This helps us discuss the overall scope and how the repairs may fit within your project.
Can repairs form part of a wider refurbishment?
Yes, enquiries can cover individual touch-ups or surface repair requirements within a broader interior refurbishment. The proposed scope is discussed alongside the wider project.
Where can projects take place?
We welcome enquiries from Europe and worldwide. Location, availability, access and travel requirements are considered individually.
How long will the work take?
Timing depends on the number of repairs, the materials involved, the proposed method and access to the vessel.
Share your preferred work period with the enquiry so it can be considered during planning.
How is a repair priced?
The proposed scope depends on the material, damage, number of areas, location and access requirements.
Photographs and project details provide the starting point for discussing a quotation.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Please include photographs, the vessel’s location, the material if known, approximate quantities and your preferred timing.
For each repair, a close-up and a wider photograph are particularly helpful.
Can you work around the vessel’s schedule?
Share the planned schedule and any relevant access restrictions. Feasibility and availability are discussed before work is agreed.
